After recent experiments and through the experiences I have had with food, one thing I have found is that eating simply allowed me to feel me feel much more lighter after meals. One aspect of this i noticed is that when you eat just one item or 2 similar items (rice or rice and beans or just fruit etc.) the digestion happens much smoother where as compared to on days where i had consumed a much larger variety of food at once(fruit, cooked vegetables, rice, chocolate.) The digestion happened somewhat slower. so what i am saying is before playing basketball lets say or for staying alert in general, i would recommend. One could do this simply by just eating rice for a day. Eating simply could be a basic way for people to maintain a much more alert body and mind combined with boosted energy from easy digestion. However for this to work meal timings should be proper also and one should leave at least 4 hours of gap between each meal with no snacks. There is also a huge amount of science behind this but i would rather not sort through the infinite mass of studies and deductions. Through my experience and personal experimentation i have found eating simply to be a simple method one could integrate. And after all that is what this blog is about; practical methods one could integrate for enhanced health and fitness.
